i’m going to miss the fwahlala people. i really can’t imagine smu without them. it’s tough in school and it will be even worse without the laughter and boo-boos they bring. i’ll miss amsie and her bangs and frequent sweet words, calin for her cute auntie-ness, karen for her apologies and wet curry beehoon thing, yiling sob for her booboos/boobs and ridiculous antics (i dunoe how half those things happen), pris for her sian face and lishan just because she’s my shanshine. as lame as it sounds, they complete my smu life. 

the recent farewell/gathering we had was so bittersweet. we all laughed and we all cried. all the funny stories retold and all the usual jabs…. i’ve only known them for about 3 years, a long and sometimes torturous 3 years. it has been great working with them for numerous projects especially fwahlala. the most challenging and the happiest project for me. i don’t really know what else to say except i’m really going to miss all of you and i love you guys to itty bitty bits. thank you so much for everything. <3

and now unto the pekingers. our usual food – korean bbq. it’s always fun meeting up with them and talking about the days in the motherland. because there were only a handful of us in peking, we got rather close and had a lot of fun together… climbing the greatwall… stuffing our face…. singing…. stuffing our face again….  shopping/bargaining…… those days in lao beijing. <3

=) oh and huiling. if for some reason (i assure you they’ll be valid reasons) i did not wish you happy birthday on tues, i’m going to wish you an early one now. happy birthday and may you look like you’re 21 for the rest of your life.

ABC…. Azilah, Brenda, Cindy. 2 names that appear so often in my blog. They have been in my life since we were teenagers unable to watch M18 movies. They’ve been with me since my first bf. and obviously have lasted longer. they’re such a big part of me. we don’t talk all the time nor do we meet up every week but we have such a strong friendship that it doesn’t matter. we know that its never too late, too early or too busy to meet up with each other just because we want to. for some reason, we never take much pictures but it doesn’t matter. i have you guys in my heart. and i know that you’ll be there to stay.. for a very very long time. too bad, you guys are stuck with me. =)

bigmike…. just feel like writing a little to you here since i’ve never done so before. i’m sorry i won’t be around when you move to spore but i’ll see you very soon and you know papa and mama yeo will take good care of you. you also have marcus, cindy, zila, alvin…. i can’t believe the next time i’m in spore, you’ll be standing on the same soil. please don’t flung crab claw at my dad again. welcome to my home.

i forgot to thank esther, emily, baozhu and eileen for celebrating my bday with me. ive known them for the longest time… way before we were able to watch NC16 movies. thank you so much esther who always make time for me whether is it to go tanning or to walk around town aimlessly. she has been such an amazing friend… someone i can count on to be there on time. always ready to celebrate another birthday and to plan a surprise, she’s the bomb. thank you.
